We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Tester with a strong background in manual testing and test automation, specifically within ServiceNow ITSM and Automate Pro (Automation) frameworks. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Selenium, solid knowledge of ITSM module testing, and a proven track record in the financial sector, preferably with UK banks.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and maintain test plans and test cases for the ServiceNow ITSM module and Automate Pro.
• Perform manual testing of ServiceNow workflows and ensure alignment with business requirements.
• Design and implement automated test scripts using Selenium for ServiceNow applications.
• Collaborate with ServiceNow developers, ITSM leads, and stakeholders to identify and remediate defects.
• Validate configurations and customizations of ServiceNow ITSM and Automate Pro solutions.
• Participate in end-to-end testing processes, including regression testing, integration testing, and performance testing.
• Ensure compliance with industry best practices and financial regulatory requirements.
• Generate comprehensive test documentation, including defect reports and testing summaries.

Required Skills and Experience

• ServiceNow ITSM Expertise: In-depth understanding and hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM workflows and processes.
• Automate Pro (Automation): Familiarity with creating and remediating Automate Pro solutions.
• Selenium Proficiency: Proven experience in writing and executing automated test scripts.
• Manual Testing: Strong manual testing expertise, with a focus on ServiceNow modules.
• Financial Sector Experience: Prior work experience with UK banks/financial institutions.
• Defect Management: Expertise in identifying, logging, and remediating defects efficiently.
• Testing Tools: Proficiency in using test management tools like JIRA, HP ALM, or similar platforms.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and the capability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in ServiceNow Certified Application Specialist – ITSM or equivalent.
• Experience with other ServiceNow modules or tools within financial institutions.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards within UK banking.
