This is a hands-on performance role for a paid media expert who loves driving growth, scaling campaigns and delivering serious ROI in a fast-moving retail environment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Running and optimising PPC & Google Shopping campaigns
• Managing Paid Social across Meta, TikTok & YouTube
• Driving performance across Amazon, eBay, B&Q and more
• Owning budgets, testing strategies and scaling results
• Using data to continuously improve ROAS, CPA and conversions

Experience

• Strong hands-on Google Ads & Shopping experience
• Experience across Paid Social & marketplaces
• Experience in performance marketing (e-commerce or FMCG ideal)
• Proven track record of scaling campaigns profitably
• Confident with analytics, testing and optimisation
