MPI have requirements for Checks Estimator to work on site at Luton Airport.

Rate: Umbrella £39.33 / PAYE £30.03

Hours Monday Friday hrs to be confirmed

Half hour unpaid lunch.

Start: ASAP

Duration: TBC

These roles are deemed in scope of IR35

As an Estimation Engineer, you ll be responsible for:

• Responsible for building accurate estimates considering AMP task times, aircraft age and previous job bookings from H61 and H40 base maintenance in line with departmental procedures.
• Responsible for written or verbal communication with stake holders, internal and external, within H61 and H40 MRO engineering and maintenance on aircraft estimates pre-input, on check and post input.
• Support to maintain job booking vs estimated man hours tracker to meet budget and assisting the base maintenance manager to drive production base maintenance performance in H61 and H40.
• Responsible for maintaining a departmental KPI tracker for estimation deadlines.

Excel proficiency is key for this role. Experience estimating checks for 737NG & MAX and 787 would be our clients preference.
