This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business and play an instrumental part in the growth of a successful SAAS business, that specialises in providing solutions into the public sector. Our client is seeking an experienced CEO with a strong commercial, sales and/or marketing background to join on a FTC (6-9 months). The main priorities will be to create a strategy to set the company on a path to growth within the next 2-3 years and moving towards a more systematic approach. The ideal profile will be someone who is of strong character but not aggressive, with experience of quick scale-up s having worked as a CEO for a SAAS organisation previously. Someone who has worked with no larger than £10m turnover businesses but was instrumental in getting them to that point. Candidates need to have public sector experience and it would be a bonus if you have some experience in running businesses that adopt both direct and partner sales strategies. This is a very important hire so please get in touch if this sounds like a great fit! Initially a fixed-term contract position but with the possibility of extending or even making permanent.

Candidate Skills Required:

– Experience working for a small organisation and taking them to the next level
