Job Title: AI Analytics Engineer Location: Austin, TX Job Type: Full-Time (FTE) About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled AI Analytics Engineer who excels at solving real-world business problems using AI-driven data solutions. This role goes beyond building AI components-it focuses on applying AI strategically to drive measurable business outcomes. You will operate at the intersection of data engineering, applied AI, and solution design, owning problems end-to-end and delivering scalable, intelligent systems. The ideal candidate brings a startup mindset within an enterprise environment, with a strong focus on impact, innovation, and execution. Key Responsibilities Partner with business stakeholders to identify, define, and solve real-world business problems using AI and data Design and build end-to-end data pipelines integrated with AI/ML capabilities Architect and implement AI-powered solutions that improve decision-making and operational efficiency Develop and deploy applications using LLM frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures for enterprise use cases Build intelligent workflows that automate and enhance business processes Translate ambiguous business requirements into scalable, production-ready AI/data solutions Optimize systems for performance, scalability, and reliability Required Qualifications 5-10+ years of experience in Data Engineering, AI/ML, or Applied AI roles Proven track record of solving business problems using AI and data (not just building models/tools) Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and RAG architectures Strong programming skills in Python Experience designing and building data pipelines (ETL/ELT) Solid understanding of LLMs, embeddings, and vector databases Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate directly with business and technical stakeholders Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have) Experience building AI agents or autonomous workflows Familiarity with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or FAISS Experience working in startup or fast-paced environments Background in delivering production-grade AI solutions with measurable business impact Exposure to financial services, investment firms, or fintech environments is a plus, but not required
