Warehouse Administrator

We re looking for a driven Warehouse Administrator to join a distinguished engineering firm at their site based in Chapel-en-le-Frith.

This role involves managing spare parts orders, providing excellent customer support, and ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.

What s on offer?

• £25,000 per annum
• Monday Friday 8:30am 5:00pm
• 24 days holiday (plus bank holidays)

What will you be doing as a Stores Administrator?

• Receiving and processing spare parts orders using the company’s IT systems
• Providing timely quotations and responding to customer enquiries efficiently
• Driving spare part sales through exceptional customer service
• Using company systems to identify and specify parts accurately
• Maintaining professional communication with customers and internal teams
• Expediting parts from other departments to fulfil orders promptly
• Arranging dispatch and coordinating paperwork for global shipments
• Controlling stock levels and recommend adjustments to the Spare Parts Manager

What do you need?

• Experience in sales, aftersales, or warehouse environments
• Strong administrative skills with a focus on customer relationships
• Proficiency in computerised stock control systems and Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
