SolarWinds Engineer – 3 months – Inside IR35 – Hybrid

We are currently seeking an experienced SolarWinds Engineer to join a leading global logistics company on an initial 3-month contract, with the strong possibility of extension. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge network monitoring technology and provides a highly competitive daily rate for the right candidate.

As a SolarWinds Engineer, you will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, and optimization of SolarWinds solutions, playing a key role in ensuring the performance and reliability of the company’s global IT infrastructure.

Key Requirements:

• Deployment of SolarWinds Server & Application Monitor (SAM) and Web Performance Monitor (WPM) monitoring solution across the estate.
• Ensuring a robust and scalable monitoring framework that meets the organization’s performance.
• Evaluate and implement SolarWinds WPM to monitor web applications, including setting up synthetic transactions and performance metrics.
• Ensure the successful deployment of Orion Agents across the server environment.
• Configure and fine-tune monitoring templates.

What you Will Ideally Bring:

• Proven experience in implementing SolarWinds SAM and WPM in large-scale environments.
• Strong background in configuring and optimizing monitoring solutions for server and application performance.
• Expertise in SolarWinds SAM and WPM, including deployment, configuration, and customisation.
• Deep understanding of server and application performance metrics, as well as web application monitoring.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to monitoring setup.

Contract Details:

• Duration: 3 months
• Day Rate: Up to £500 Per Day (Inside IR35)
• Location: Northampton/Remote (1 Day Per week)
