18 – 22 per hour + Monday to Friday + Early Finish Fridays + Training + Progression

Heathrow Area (Ideally located: Hounslow, Southall, Feltham, Staines, Slough)

On offer is a great opportunity to join a long standing, family run business with decades of experience in precision metal fabrication, known for its quality workmanship and loyal client base.

This company specialises in sheet metal fabrication, welding, and metal forming, delivering high quality components across a range of industries. With a key member of the team retiring, they are now looking to bring in someone who can develop within the role and become a key part of the workshop long term.

You will work within a small, close-knit team, taking on a varied role involving fabrication, machine operation, and reading technical drawings, with the chance to further develop your skills across different areas of the workshop.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with sheet metal experience who wants stability, a supportive environment, and the chance to progress within a growing business.

The Role:

• Sheet metal fabrication and assembly
• Operating press brake, guillotine, CNC punch and workshop machinery
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
• Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:40pm

The Person:

• Experience in a sheet metal or fabrication environment
• Press brake experience preferred
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Welding experience advantageous
