Here at Tarmac, we have a brand new opportunity available for Project Supportto join the team on a fixed-term basis.

Position Overview:As our Project Support in our HRIS division, you will beresponsible for assisting in the management of the HRIS project as indicated by the Project Manager. In this role, you will provide robust project tracking and reporting and assist in the ongoing reviews of the Project Management Methodology and processes.

Role Responsibility

In this role, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to) the following:

• Supporting on the creation and management of plans on the project, working with the project and a wide variety of stakeholders
• Coordinating and facilitating meetings
• Assisting on the ongoing maintenance of the HRIS project plan
• Supporting quality reviews of the project to ensure process compliance and effective Governance and Control
• Assisting on the reporting of all key aspects of the portfolio
• Liaise with Business PMOs, reporting and shares best practice
• Assisting on the maintenance of Processes, Standards & Templates

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate should be a self-starting and independent professional who is methodical and has strong collaborative skills.

Any prospective candidates should be versed in the following:

• Project support skills with experience within an IT context.
• Strong written & oral communication skills
• Proficient skills in constructing project documents such as the Office 365 suite
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail

Furthermore, if you have a relevant certification in Prince 2 or equivalent, this would be beneficial in your application.
