The Business:

Join a leading telecommunications company shaping the future of cloud communications, connectivity, and SaaS-based solutions. They are on a mission to deliver seamless digital experiences to businesses across Europe, and is now looking for an experienced Product Manager to drive the next phase of innovation and growth.

About the Role:

As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of cutting-edge B2B products in the voice, data, or UCaaS space.

You ll work cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success to create solutions that solve real customer problems and add long-term value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the product roadmap and strategy for a defined portfolio
• Collaborate with technical and commercial teams to bring new products to market
• Drive product lifecycle management from concept to launch
• Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to inform decisions
• Define KPIs, monitor performance, and iterate based on data
• Support go-to-market planning and post-launch enhancements.

About you:

• Proven experience in Product Management within telecoms, SaaS, or B2B tech
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to balance customer needs with business goals
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working in Waterfall and Agile environments
• Strong understanding of business tools like Confluence / Jira / Trello
• Experience with UCaaS, SIP, or connectivity solutions (advantageous)
