FP&A Analyst

Senior Aerospace Thermal Engineering

We are currently looking for an FP&A Analyst to join our thriving team in Royston and play a pivotal role at Thermal Engineering!

As an FP&A Analyst, you will support the Head of Finance in crafting high-quality forecasts and providing relevant, timely insights to drive business decisions. You’ll prepare and analyse sales forecasts, assist in annual budget consolidations, and partner with department heads to steer business strategy. Your analytical prowess will help monitor WIP closure variances, support commercial and engineering units with costing data, and deliver ad-hoc reports as needed.

Hours of Work: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Thursday: 08:00 – 16:15, Friday: 08:00 – 15:00, 30-minute break for lunch

FP&A Analyst Requirements:

• Must have the right to live and work in the UK
• Experience in manufacturing or engineering environment
• Experienced in ERP systems
• Track record of delivering high-quality results to tight deadlines
• Advanced Excel knowledge

Desirable:

• Experience in an FP&A role
• Experience of using MS Query
• Syspro use
