Work directly with the founding team to solve high-priority problems across sales, product, and operations. You will shape GTM strategy, support $4.5M seed-stage fundraising, and lead hiring for a world-class engineering team. This is a high-intensity generalist role designed for future founders who want a front-row seat to building a category-defining company from the ground up.

What you will do:

• Execute across Sales and GTM by joining customer calls, synthesizing insights, and preparing materials to move high-stakes deals toward close.

• Support talent acquisition and organizational growth by helping build and scale a high-performing engineering team.

The ideal candidate:

• 1-2 years of experience in high-performance environments such as MBB consulting (McKinsey, BCG, Bain) or top-tier financial institutions.
• Exceptional analytical rigor and organizational skills, with the ability to operate effectively in early-stage startup environments.
• Highly proactive mindset with a strong bias toward action and the ability to solve ambiguous problems without a predefined playbook.
