Data Analytics Specialist – Peterborough – 12-Month FTC – Hybrid

My Client is seeking an independent, proactive Data Analytics Specialist to join their vibrant team, focusing on the development of advanced data analysis tools and solutions that enhance their Aftermarket Product Offering. Your work will play a crucial role in supporting the successful go-to-market strategies and life cycle management of Aftermarket Parts and Product solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of data analytics tools, solutions, and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team of data analysts within the life cycle team.
  • Develop new insights to drive business success by creating dashboards and apps that support data-driven decisions.

Background and Experience:

  • A Bachelor’s degree is typically required.
  • Proven ability to handle increasingly complex data assignments with a demonstrated ability to work well in teams, show initiative, and communicate effectively.
  • Experience in Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate, and Snowflake databases is highly desirable.
  • Candidates must have experience with either Power BI and Snowflake or Alteryx and Tableau-not just one of these tools.
  • Backgrounds in auditing, pricing, or data management are advantageous, as well as a strong knowledge of analytics methods, tools, and data visualisation.

Top 3 Skills Required:

  1. Experience with either Power BI and Snowflake or Alteryx and Tableau is a must.
  2. A collaborative attitude and excellent teamwork skills.
  3. A passion for app and analytics development, with the ability to discover insights through data.

Additional Information:

  • Location: Peterborough, with a hybrid working arrangement (3 days onsite, 2 days remote).
  • Contract: 12-month fixed-term contract (FTC).
  • Rate: £25.52 PAYE or £32.90 Umbrella per hour.
  • Interview Process: 1-stage interview, with an ASAP start date.
