Salary: £30,000 – £50,000 per annum D.O.E

Hours of Work: Full Time

They have a fantastic opportunities for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join our busy Legal 500 recognised team, based at either our Corby or Kettering office.

What the Role Includes

You will need to be competent at working independently and managing your own caseload but will be supported by the Partners and other members of the team. This is a role where your voice will be heard, with genuine scope for a challenging but supported career.

You will have the opportunity to work on a range of property matters, including, but not limited to:

• Option Agreements, Promotion Agreements, and Overage
• Freehold property
• Development land
• Agricultural property
• Leases
• Acting for SIPPS/SASSs, corporates, individuals
• Dealing with commercial lenders
