With an attractive rate of £29.52/hr Umbrella, increasing to £35.65/hr Umbrella (inside IR35) after 12 weeks, this position offers the chance to develop innovative solutions and make a significant impact in the automotive sector.

What You Will Do:

• Lead the development, implementation, and management of vehicle operations quality processes including body, paint, and electrical systems.
• Drive the homologation and type approval for vehicles with added content, ensuring compliance and innovation.
• Oversee facility installations and requirements to deliver top-tier vehicle quality standards.
• Develop and implement roadmaps for quality improvements, coaching the team through strategic changes.
• Collaborate closely with the special vehicle development team and end users to develop tailored proposals that meet specific use case requirements.
• Enhance customer satisfaction through industry-leading uptime and innovative solutions.

What You Will Bring:

• Proven experience in prototype/manufacturing quality leadership within the automotive industry.
• Comprehensive knowledge of vehicle homologation and type approval processes.
• Experience managing ISO 9001 in an automotive setting, with a preference for those who have implemented ISO 9001.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, capable of engaging with senior executives.
• Experience in Special Vehicle quality leadership and of implementing ISO 9001 into an automotive business would be desirable.
