HRSS Specialist (UK&I) – 6 month initial contract – Reading (hybrid- 3 days per week onsite) – INSIDE IR35 – market rate

We are recruiting a HRSS Specialist to join one of our clients on a contract basis. This will be an initial 6 months, with the potential for extension. Our client is the world leader in Information Management, helping companies securely capture, govern and exchange information on a global scale.

Key responsibilities:

• Support with HR admin/operations processes in and for UK and Ireland
• Create contracts, amendments, letters or any required HR documents
• Maintain physical and electronic employee files and master data in the HR-system
• Support with onboarding in UK & IR
• Support employees with HR documents, coordination of preparing documents, collecting signatures, providing them to employees and archiving them
• Collaboration with Payroll, benefits providers and support with administration and benefits enrolment.

Key skills and experience:

• Good knowledge of and experience with HR Operations/ Administration in UK & IR, UK & IR legislation/requirements
• Knowledge of and experience with MS Office (mainly Word, Excel, Outlook) and HR-systems, preferably Success Factors and/or Workday
• Previous experience with ticketing systems
• Accurate, efficiency focused, able to pay attention to details
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
